Spring arrives early in Mallorca with longer brighter days and milder mornings.
Many coastal hotels are opening up across the island after a short winter break with amazing offers.

By March Mallorca is in full bloom with wild flowers and corn daisies of yellow and white carpeting the valleys and plains.
This is low season, when hotels and flights are cheapest, the roads are empty and while it may not yet be warm enough to lie on the beach, the temperature is perfect for exploring with blue skies and longer sunshine hours.
Small towns and villages across the island have hung onto their traditions and you may be lucky enough to join in one of the centuries-old spring fiestas such as Semana Santa or Easter Holy week.
Why not take a bike out for the day or hike one of the many well marked trails in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range in the west of the island, now a World Heritage Site.
Or perhaps call in to one one Mallorca´s 70 or so wineries for a tour and tasting or visit an olive estate.
For those foodies amongst you Mallorcan´s new generation of chefs are reinventing traditional recipes and have set the bar high. Dress up to dine at one of Mallorca´s many Michelin-starred restaurants, or dine on superb local cuisine in one of Mallorca´s towns or mountain villages.
