Can Alomar Hotel
If you like to be in the thick of things, then Can Alomar Hotel is for you. Shopping is inevitable. Step outside the hotel and its neighbour is Massimo Dutti on one side and Louis Vuitton on the other. But because the hotel occupies the building from the 2nd floor upwards, there is a feeling of quiet calm, unlike many other city centre hotels which can suffer from noise.
Whether you are here for a romantic break or holidaying for the first time as a family with a new born, you will be made to feel very welcome.
It is one of five properties, in a small group of privately owned hotels, its sisters being the Calatrava Hotel, Can Cera Hotel and Sant Jaume Design Hotel just a short stroll away and Can Aulí Luxury Retreat in Pollenca.
The entrance to the hotel is on the ground floor, which also gives lift access to the restaurant De Tokio a Lima , where the menu is a zingy fusion of Mallorcan, Japanese and Peruvian influences and a chic cocktail bar offering a terrace overlooking the Passeig del Born, both popular with Palma residents. Click the restaurant name above to make a reservation and enjoy a free glass of cava on arrival.
All the bedrooms and suites are large with sumptuous furnishings in shades of pale grey, green and taupe. Why not splash out and treat yourself to one of the three Can Alomar Suites which are spacious and bright, with luxurious decor, boasting a living room and a huge bathroom, giving you plenty of room to spread out.
You can also get out onto the water by chartering their own Italian designed Pardo 38 and Pardo 43 speed boats, for the day or half day. Seating 7 plus the skipper, you could be´ jetted` to lunch at a local restaurant. Alternatively, you may just prefer a gentle Bay of Palma sunset cruise with a glass of bubbles and nibbles.
This five star hotel with it’s friendly and efficient staff is a haven of peace in the heart of Palma.

Something Different
Soaking in the jacuzzi, enjoying a quick dip or just reading a book on the roof terrace, you just can’t decide which view to take in first, the magnificent Palma Cathedral, or one of the many departing cruise ships.
The hotel also boasts a viewing tower, offering comfort and privacy to survey the whole of Palma, its Bay and the Tramuntana mountains in the distance.
What's Special
The hotel’s signature restaurant De Tokio a Lima has become the hottest ticket in town. Offering a fusion of Mediterranean, Peruvian and Japanese gastronomy, it is situated on the second floor on a quiet terrace overlooking Passeig del Borne.
Open year round in the cooler months you can dine inside in the stylish but relaxed restaurant.
Restaurants
A buffet breakfast or á la carte is served inside or on the terrace outside overlooking Passeig del Borne.
After breakfast service, the restaurant with its two terraces, becomes the `De Tokio A Lima ´, a fusion Japanese, Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine, enjoyed by locals and visitors alike.
