There is a generous lounge-diner in all the apartments and each has cooking facilities, including microwave and dishwasher and the luxury of a daily cleaning service at no extra charge. 

Furnished in elegant but unfussy décor, all the apartments, including the superior suite with terrace (pictured above), have traditional terracotta tiled flooring, exposed ceiling beams, textiles in creams and biscuit and comfy furniture all contributing to a homely stay. It’s not surprising that guests return year after year. All of the balconies, bar one, overlook the valley and this is probably where you will while away a large part of your day, especially when the sun is setting. Glorious.

The pool terrace offers the same soothing views with plenty of room to spread out and there is an honesty bar should you require some refreshment while you lounge. 

Explore the village Fornalutx where you can find a fabulous bakery, small supermarket, gift shops, bars and a good selection of enchanting restaurants such as Es Turo and Ca’n Antuna, both offering vine-covered terraces with views across the lush valley.

For those hiring a car, there’s ample car parking spaces free of charge. But if you choose not to hire a car, there is a bus service connecting Fornalutx to Sóller and the Port of Sóller with it’s glorious beach from 08.00 am until 8 pm daily.  Sa Tanqueta de Fornalutx is perfect for walkers, two wheelers heading into the hills, for those who want to explore the island or for those who simply want to relax by the pool in the heavenly scented garden.
