The 28 newly-built suites divide into five categories and are dotted around the estate, each designed to offer its occupants the utmost privacy.
The Lodge Suites are situated in the main building and the Deluxe Suites are located in the gardens with private patio, dining and seating areas.
The Pool and Garden Suites are perfect for those seeking space in a private setting away from the main property, with views over the almond groves and the Master Suites located in the main house with vast terraces to take in those countryside views. For those wanting complete seclusion, choose the Private Pool Suite, generous at 50 s.q.m and located in the gardens. All suites offer dreamy countryside views.
There are two pools. One on a terrace in front of the main house, infinity-edged with dreamy views on one side and comfy loungers and pool bar on the other. The second, a plunge pool, also flanked by loungers is but a stones throw from the Pool and Garden Suites. Perfect for an early morning dip.
20km of running tracks skirt the property and there are plenty of routes for hiking and cycling with some 40 complimentary bikes for guests. Daily yoga sessions are free and there is a gym with state of the art Technogym equipment offering breathtaking views across the Mallorcan countryside, so plenty to keep you busy.

Sustainability has been at the heart of this new build hotel. Determined to have a positive impact on the planet and the community by staying committed to protecting the future, all hotels in the Unico Group subscribe to the ‘We Care by Único Hotels’ program, a measurable commitment to the future by investing time, energy, effort and resources.
Power from solar energy will provide 50% of the energy consumption, 100% of the irrigation will be from reclaimed water across the estate and the resident bees will allow the crafting of honey and lavender base products for guests during their stay (and available to take home as mementos of their stay). A management system will exist throughout the hotel controlling its lighting and power consumption.
What's Special
The Singular Restaurant offers the uniqueness of “La Cocina del Fuego” , cooking over fire. Combining local and seasonal produce, meat, fish and vegetables can be enhanced when cooked over wood, especially fresh seafood such as prawns and langoustines. Aromatic woods such as olive and bay tree give a delicious aroma and provide a unique flavour to the food. An adventure for your palate with Mallorcan cuisine served from the fire.
Restaurants
Breakfast, which can be included in your room rate, is served between 07.30am -11.00am. You will be spoilt for choice with warm and cold buffet and á la carte menu.
Lunch is served inside in the restaurant or outside on the terrace underneath the ancient olive trees.
