Bodega Moragues boasts some very impressive history with the estate being one of the oldest on the island dating back to 1229 when King James I arrived on Mallorca.

Roll on 300 years to 1511 and the Moragues family purchased the estate and it has remained in the family ever since.

The vineyards are worked by hand following the principles of organic farming. The Bodega produces several red wines and one white wine. The reds include OM Oliver 500 using grape varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon , Syrah, Merlot, the OM Selecció a blend of Manto Negro, Merlot, Cabernet and Callet and  proving very popular is their new OM El Galgo 2019 meaning Greyhound. The white, Pelut, is made from the Prensal grape and is delicious.

The main finca is an agroturismo, Possessió Binicomprat.  A recent renovation has taken place and is a fine example of what can be achieved by preserving the old and yet embracing the new.
